This busy regional practice of 20 partners and 150 conveyancing staff needed efficient control of its high-volume, low-margin conveyancing business.

In July 2014, dmgi::land & property europe (DMGI), a subsidiary of the Daily Mail and General Trust plc, concluded a strategic minority investment in Ochresoft, at the same time making significant funding available to the company for future expansion and development.

DMGI is a well-connected and influential partner whose investment marks a new and exciting phase in the growth of Ochresoft. DMGI serves multiple customer segments through its leading brands, Landmark, Argyll, Quest, Searchflow, Millar & Bryce, Rochford Brady and on-geo.

DMGI holds a significant (50%) interest in the lender portal, Decision First, and through its brand, Quest, has the market-leading position in the management on behalf of lenders of residential mortgage valuations.
